At the end of Year 4, the children will have used all four tools of public speaking, in different speaking contexts - the role of the Chair Person, the role of the Speaker and the Role of the Questioner.
They will have had the opportunity to put a team forward for the public speaking competition in conjunction with the English Speaking Union.

Public Speaking in context
The Public Speaking Competition, in partnership with the English Speaking Union, held at Anglia Ruskin University.
This unit involves the role of a Speaker, a Chair and a Questioner
How to make an interesting introduction
The teacher has the opportunity to really explore these roles with the whole class over the 5 week period.
