Workshops

Workshop 1 in person
This is a two hour workshop, held in the school hall, for the whole class. It is a fast paced, vibrant, inclusive class where all children are speaking all the time.  The pupils experience the tools of public speaking in a safe, fun place.  They learn to hear the sound of their voices and to play with pitch, pace and tone. They learn how to use their strong voice. They learn about gesture, about moving speaking space and about eye contact.  At the end of the session, they have the basics of a short speech, no notes, excellent eye contact and move their space as they speak.  Most of all, they have a lot of fun!

Requirements include: Hall space, screen and projector.

Workshop 1 on line

This is the same workshop delivered in a video format.  The class are 'team taught' by Nicky Browne, the founder of the programme and the class teacher.  The class teacher gets a short training video and a class teacher preparation document to assist with preparing the class for the online lesson.
